K Ocean 香港伺服器及阿里雲 Model Studio 香港 Qwen 端點會處理訊息及近期對話以回答問題。試用對話在應用程式的伺服器記憶體中保留最多一小時，可按「清除對話」提早刪除。必要的工作階段 Cookie 用於識別對話。暫時的雜湊網絡識別資料在記憶體中用作防濫用，最多保留一小時。模型使用量及費用記錄不含訊息。託管和模型供應商可按各自條款處理運作及保安資料。請勿輸入客戶資料、帳密或系統日誌。
自願分享試用統計
如你選擇分享，我們會記錄隨機對話編號、開始時間、首個主題類別，以及回答、真人轉介提示與 WhatsApp 按鈕點擊。試用統計保留 90 日，當中沒有聊天內容、聯絡資料或 IP 位址。
WhatsApp 真人跟進
選擇分享統計後，WhatsApp 會在訊息草稿加入對話編號。你可先修改或移除編號，再自行傳送。你主動聯絡後，團隊可記錄你提供的資料及跟進進度，並按你傳送的編號與試用紀錄配對。

Pilot privacy
K Ocean’s Hong Kong server and Alibaba Cloud Model Studio’s Hong Kong Qwen endpoint process chat to answer questions. The app keeps chat in memory for up to one hour or until you clear it. A necessary session cookie and temporary hashed network identifiers support the chat and prevent abuse. Hosting and model suppliers handle operational and security data under their terms. If you opt in, we keep a random chat reference, start time, opening topic and reply, handoff and WhatsApp click events for 90 days. Usage statistics contain no messages, contact details or IP address. WhatsApp may prefill the reference. You can remove it before sending. If you contact us, staff may record the details you provide for follow-up.
